We’re kicking off our Half Marathon Training this Saturday, February 17th, 8:00 AM. In this session, we will be targeting the Capital City Half Marathon as our event. This event takes place on May 20th, 2018 in Olympia, Washington.
We meet each Saturday morning in the warm and dry comfort of the Warehouse 23 Event Space. Saturday morning is when we meet for our group runs, then follow a weekly schedule on our own during the week. We hold seminars on all aspects of endurance training, so you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence you’ll need, to meet your goals head-on. Our coaches started out just like you, so they know what is takes to keep you motivated and committed to your goal.
If you’ve ever thought about completing a marathon or half marathon, we’ve got just the program for you. We train runners and walkers in a safe, motivational and nonjudgmental atmosphere, many of whom have little to no experience in endurance training. Our proven methods have helped thousands of participants, all over the U.S., to fulfill their dream of crossing that finish line. And many of our members come back year-after-year to enjoy the camaraderie that comes with working towards a common goal, together.
Join us this Saturday, 8:00 AM, for registration and orientation. Warehouse 23 is located at 100 Columbia Street (the Old Red Lion Hotel), with plenty of parking in the lot across the street.
